• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation and dispatch.

• If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, you will be notified promptly via email.

• We will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).

• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders

• If your order is lost, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Email us with your order number and photos (for damaged items).

• We will coordinate with the courier and work toward a quick resolution.
